Prayer for a Fresh Start

Heavenly Father,

Today I come to You leaving yesterday behind. I release my past mistakes, regrets, worries, and fears into Your hands. You are a God of mercy, and Your grace gives me another beginning. Wash away what I cannot fix and heal what I cannot change.

Create in me a clean heart and renew my thoughts. Help me not to carry guilt, anger, or disappointment into this new day. Teach me to forgive others and also forgive myself. Fill my mind with peace instead of anxiety and my heart with hope instead of fear.

Guide my decisions today. Lead my words so they bring kindness, and guide my actions so they reflect patience and wisdom. Close the doors that will harm me and open the ones that align with Your plan for my life.

Strengthen me when I feel weak, calm me when I feel overwhelmed, and remind me that I am never alone. I trust You with my future, my work, my family, and every concern I carry.
